MS Power Platform Architect

Lead the design and architecture of Power Platform-based solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Develop and implement best practices for Power Platform development, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
Architect and implement custom integrations with other Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure) and third-party systems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, ensuring the solution is scalable, maintainable, and easy to use.
Lead the migration of existing business processes and data to the Power Platform.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and support continuous improvement of development processes.
Oversee the deployment and governance of Power Platform solutions, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Stay current with new features and updates within the Power Platform ecosystem and propose opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role.
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD practices.
Strong understanding of database concepts, particularly Dataverse and SQL.
Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with third-party APIs and services.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in designing solutions for enterprise-level applications.
Expertise in Power Platform security and governance best practices.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors or Masterss degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years working with Power Platform.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is a plus
