Salesforce Developer

• Financial Services Cloud: Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet specific business requirements in the financial services domain
• Salesforce Lightning Development: Develop custom Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components) to enhance user interfaces and improve client interactions
• Apex and Mera Programming: Develop and maintain complex Apex code, triggers, and Mera programming for backend processes to support Salesforce customizations
• Data Management and Integration: Implement and optimize data integrations with external systems, including ETL processes, APIs, and web services
• Custom Workflows & Automation: Build and maintain custom workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience for end users
• Testing and Deployment: Develop unit tests, perform code reviews, and deploy changes using CI/CD tools

•  Maintain clear documentation for solutions, configurations, and development processes

• Experience: 5-7 years in Salesforce development, with 8+ years in Financial Services Cloud and Lightning
  

• Proficient in Apex, Mera programming, and JavaScript
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, and other web services)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security, Data Modeling, and Object-Oriented principles
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce
• Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with wealth management or banking

• Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools (Mulesoft, Informatica)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket
