Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.


Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices adhering to industry best practices.


Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and high availability.


Implement security standards and practices (eg, OAuth, JWT) for secure API development.


Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and CI/CD pipeline integration.


Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UI/UX, and project management, to deliver end-to-end solutions.



Mandatory Skills

Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.


RESTful APIs and microservices
MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (eg, Hibernate)
Familiarity with messaging systems (eg, RabbitMQ, Kafka).


Experience with version control systems (eg, Git) and build tools (eg, Maven, Gradle).


Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (eg, Docker) and orchestration platforms (eg, Kubernetes).



Secondary Skills

Solid understanding of Banking and Financial Services workflows, standards, and regulatory compliance.


Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (eg, JIRA).


Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as Angular or React is a plus.
