-3-5 years of experience with DevOps and version control systems like Azure DevOps and GitHub
-Analyze current ADO repository structures and plan the migration strategy
-Perform the migration of code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and version histories from ADO to GitHub
-Ensure all code branches, pull requests, and build configurations are migrated accurately
-Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance with security standards post-migration
-Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines in both ADO and GitHub
-Experience with migration projects involving large-scale repository management
-Familiarity with GitHub Actions for automating workflows post-migration
-Knowledge of branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews in GitHub
-Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation purposes
-Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
