Quality Automation Specialist

QUALITY AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

We werre looking for someone with strong knowledge and understanding of quality standards, quality best practices, and our risk and controls framework. You will also need high levels of knowledge and demonstrable application of modern testing and quality practices and techniques used with Agile.
Additionally, well be looking for
A strong background in test automation using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java with minimum 10 years of experience.
Expertise in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), code management using Git and GitLab,
Ability to wort in large programmers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and has a comprehensive understanding of banking services.
Work closely with development, product, and tech teams to design, develop, and execute automated test suites in BDD framework.
Able to define test approach and draft E2E test governance documents such as test strategy, test plan and test summary report.
Experience/exposure to complex microservice architecture and testing at API/interface level.
Experience/exposure of large data projects and how to find opportunities to speed up testing and identify methods for data usage.
The ability to relate everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature, platform, domain, and enterprise teams, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
