Learning & Development Specialist - IT

Training Needs Analysis: Assess the technical skills gaps and training needs within the IT department and across other technical teams. Collaborate with IT managers, team leads, and employees to understand training requirements and tailor learning initiatives to meet both individual and organizational goals. Analyze performance data and feedback to identify areas where training can drive productivity, efficiency, and innovation. Curriculum & Content Development: Design and develop IT training programs, including technical skills training, software application training, and cybersecurity awareness programs. Develop training content, including manuals, user guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentations, ensuring alignment with current IT industry trends and company needs. Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest technology, industry standards, and best practices.
