Accountant & Administration Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our head office team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Financial Management:
  
• Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
• Financial Record-Keeping:
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data.
• Financial Reporting:
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts as needed.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with internal teams and provide financial support for smooth operations.
• Assist during audits by ensuring the availability of accurate financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
