Role & responsibilities

A. Achieving Primary sales target

Sales:-

• Ensure sales to distributor as per targets defined for the region.
• Defining the product basket for the region to ensure optimal sales.
• Positioning new products as per the directive from NPD and SBU head to ensure that the right retailer gets the right product.
• Understand schemes and offers for the brand and positioning the same to the retailers.

Setting and monitoring targets for TSEs:-

• Allocating areas to respective TSEs.
• Defining targets for TSEs.
• Setting beat plan for TSEs.
• Monitoring attendance, compliance to beat plan on field assist.
• Collection booking from TSE.
• Minimum 1 visit with the TSE to key retailers every week.

B. Ensure collections are received in a timely manner

• Follow up with distributors on a regular basis to collect money based on the targets set by the SBU head.
• Reconcile accounts with distributors once a month.

C. Relationship Management

Distributor relationship management:-

• Meeting the distributor on a regular basis to collect orders.
• Place orders on the SAP system by sharing data with the sales coordinators within 24 hours of receiving the order from distributor.
• Collect feedback from the distributors on the market trends and prepare monthly report.

Retailer relationship management:-

• Addressing retailer complaints raised by TSE and resolving issues with retailers as required.
