Identify accounts, decision-makers, and key influencers in the infrastructure segment as the target audience for selling Vinura glass products.
Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads - leads could range from small residential/commercial establishments to 5 Star properties/Malls.
Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, supply & delivery, result tracking, and troubleshooting.
Establish and Build a relationship with key decision-makers - Architects, Interior Designers, Carpenters, Fabricators, Consultants, and End Clients.
Identify sales requirements, generate sales inquiries, and make presentations.
Making suitable proposals based on identified requirements of our products & services.
Deliver sustained growth in Sales by achieving targets allocated
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
Salary - based on candidates experience and industry standards
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Glass/Building-Material field
Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently.
High EQ & Very high ethical standards.
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
Selling skills to engage High-end Construction / Building material products
Ability to work closely with specifying agencies for large Government projects / Consultants / Architects / Fabricators / Contact with general Contractors, Interior Contractors, specialty Sub-Contactors (glaziers, metal fabricators, etc)
