Job description of Approved Manufacturing Chemist ( VACANCY - 2 )

• Approved Manufacturing Chemist required for skincare & cosmetics manufacturing who has good Knowledge of advanced ingredients
• To effectively Manufacture quality products meeting regulatory requirements utilizing the technical expertise on machine operations and its maintenance.
• Handling of production equipment.
• Documentation capabilities like filling of BMR/BPR etc.
• Knowledge of basic cGMP.
• Maintaining the daily logs of the process area.
  

Job Description of Approved Quality Control Manager (Vacancy - 1)

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished cosmetic products using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and wet chemistry methods.
• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of samples in accordance with established procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP).
• Evaluate and interpret analytical data to ensure product quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications and standards and to Raise COA .
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, and out-of-specification results, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results, observations, and laboratory activities, following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate Should have approval from Drug controller Authority
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Pharma / Cosmetics or Other Relevant Degree
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, formulation principles, and regulatory requirements for cosmetics.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a cosmetic manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in laboratory work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
