Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide first-level support to customers, addressing operational issues and ensuring timely resolution.
2. Utilize SQL for efficient diagnosis of customer issues and to provide precise technical assistance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported problems.

4. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
5. Utilize JIRA for internal issue reporting and tracking.
6. Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge base articles for common customer queries.

7. Knowledge of APIs will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in SQL for effective issue diagnosis.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in SQL or related technologies.
Previous experience if any in retail/logistics/supply-chain/ecommerce will be added advantage
