Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative and innovative architectural concepts, ensuring they align with client needs and project requirements.
• Create and review detailed architectural designs, plans, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and MEP consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee the preparation of design documentation, including technical drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and that all expectations are met.
• Coordinate and review the work of junior architects and designers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct site visits to assess and ensure design integrity and quality during construction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Foster innovation in sustainable design and incorporate green building practices where possible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (BArch) from a renowned institute.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project completion and design excellence.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., COA, AIA) is a plus.
