Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare Quotations based on the outputs given by sales team
2. Procure/ Negotiating rates for air, Sea Export/ Import Shipments
3. Receive and acknowlwdge each and every incoming inquiry within stipulated time
4. Log inquiry, procure rates from origin location and quote within stipulated time
5. Compile a fortnightly report of quotes made and their output
6. Follow up with destinations for outcome/ re negotiation and with customers to confirm shipment after quotation
