Team Lead - iOS Platform (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled iOS Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

The iOS Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of iOS developers, overseeing the development process, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of iOS applications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality mobile experiences.

Responsibilities : 1.

Team Leadership : Lead a team of iOS developers, providing guidance, mentorship, Task creation / allocation, and support to ensure team success.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and growth.

Project Management : Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones.

- Coordinate with Project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

- Evaluate Tasks done, monitor progress, troubleshoot blocking issues and complex technical challenges Reporting and resource allocation 3.

iOS Development : provide suggestions for user friendly Design and scalable architect, maintainable, and high-performance iOS applications.

- Performance evaluation and optimization using XCode Tools (desirable) Exceptional Debugging Skills Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.

- Git Branching Model awareness (Must have) API documentation skills are must 4.

Quality Assurance :

- Make sure task is completed considering final UAT scenarios Implement and maintain unit testing process to ensure the reliability and stability of iOS applications.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other software defects.

Technical Leadership :

- Stay updated on the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies, and assess their applicability to our projects.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, helping to solve complex technical challenges and making architectural decisions.

- Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns.

- Foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience 8+ in iOS development, with a strong portfolio of published iOS applications.

- Previous experience 2+ in a leadership or management role, preferably leading a team of iOS developers.

- Expertise in Swift and/or Swift UI programming languages, as well as iOS SDK, UIKit, and other relevant frameworks.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g, Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and automated testing frameworks (e.g, XCTest, XCUITest).

- Familiarity with backend technologies, APIs, and web services is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
