Key Job Responsibilities

1. Drafting & Design
   
• Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA).
  
• Convert rough sketches and specifications into precise engineering drawings.
  
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, ANSI).
  
• 2. Collaboration & Coordination
  
• Work closely with engineers, senior draftsmen, and project teams to understand design requirements.
  
• Incorporate feedback and modifications from engineers into designs.
  
• Maintain and update drawing databases and documentation.
  
• 3.Documentation & Reporting
  
• Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and technical documentation.
  
• Organize and archive drawings for easy retrieval.
  
• Assist in preparing reports related to design modifications and project updates.
  
• 4.Prototyping & Testing Support
  
• Support engineers in prototype development by providing detailed drawings.
  
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting mechanical designs as needed.
