Job Description
- Recommended Typing Speed:35-40 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy is ideal.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in Advance Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
- Soft skills:-Communication skill in both English,and Hindi is required
- Additional requirement :
- GeM Portal Proficiency: Understanding of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) platform and its bidding processes.
- Bid Preparation: Ability to prepare detailed and compliant bids based on government requirements.
- Tender Documentation: Knowledge of the documentation needed for successful bid submission.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all bid-related documents and submissions.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication for coordinating with internal teams and addressing queries.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze tender requirements and identify the best approach.
- Time Management: Managing multiple bids and deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Resolving any issues or discrepancies during the bidding process.
- Knowledge of Government Tendering Process: Familiarity with government procurement policies and regulations.
