Dealer & Back Office - BSE Star Mutual fund

Role & responsibilities

• Onboarding clients on the VikasGenie platform
• Knowledge & understanding of BSE Star platform & processes
• Executing Mutual Fund transactions on the BSE Star platform & also VG Platform (The internal execution platform of VikasGenie).
• Daily processing of the RTA database and reconciliation of transactions.
• Uploading the files in the VikasGenie System, preparing holding statements, etc.
• Investor-wise holding management, etc.
• Will support Partners in executing and reporting transactions for their clients.
• Coordinate with Sales to onboard a partner and complete the compliance requirement.
• Data updating, onboarding partners, transacting, reconciling & creating MIS.
• Bringing efficiency to the internal systems.
• Liaison with various associate entities viz; AMC, RTA & BSE StarMF.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good execution skills & understanding of the BSE Star platform
• Candidates should have technological skills to understand the flow
• Self-driven trader & admin professional
• Having a problem-solving approach
• Candidates should be comfortable in MIS and Report generation.
• Positive attitude, pleasant disposition, good communication skills
• A commerce graduate, having work experience as a Trader / back office admin for 1-3 years.
