Site Accountant

Invoicing and Payments:

- Prepare and process invoices to clients and contractors, ensuring timely payments.

- Manage the payment process for project-related expenses, including subcontractor
payments.

Documentation:

- Maintain organized financial documentation and records for easy retrieval and reference.

- To Manage and collect new joiners data or documents from site and submit to HR Team.

- To Manage and collect Attendance data from site and send to Payroll Team.

Cash Handling:

- To Manage and Handle cash or bank reconciliation.

- To process Labor payments.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Accountant to manage the financial operations at our railway project sites. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring all accounting activities align with company policies and project requirements.

-Minimum of [1-5] years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or S&T railway
projects.

-Familiarity with project accounting and financial management software.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., MS Excel Tally).
