Position Sr. Production Executive (machine Shop)

Experience 5 years ++ in Mechanical Industry

Qualification – Diploma / Degree in Mechanical , Communication in English is must, Computer skills like MS Office PPT etc.

Package – Rs.6L~7L (+/- 1 Lakh depending on calibre of candidate)

Raw Material Planning (As per Sales orders or as per forecasting)

Production planning (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)

Efficiency working (Target vs achieved)

Documentation as per ISO

Manpower Handling , shift management etc

Load Management – In-house and Vendor end

Shop-floor discipline

Daily MIS reports

Daily/weekly/monthly Rejection records and analysis

Management of consumables (oil, tools, jigs, fixtures etc)

Scrape Management by co-ordinating with stores team

Preventive Maintenance – To maintain calendar

Daily reporting to management on email
