Purchase Executive || Vadodara

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchasing of CAPEX, OPEX, and MRO items.
• Coordinate between buyers, users, and stores for smooth procurement.
• Prepare and execute purchase orders, and ensure timely dispatch to vendors.
• Independently handle purchase activities, ensuring timely supply of materials, tools, and instruments.
• Facilitate department and inter-department coordination.
• Prepare and manage MIS for pending PRs, deliveries, and invoices.
• Maintain procurement-related reports.
• Collect quotations, negotiate terms with vendors, and prepare comparative charts for materials.
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounts for timely vendor payments and follow-up with stores for receipt of goods.
• Address rejected materials with the Quality Control team and return to vendors within the acceptable timeline.
• Strong communication skills (oral/written) and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
