Marketing Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives. With a blend of field and office experience, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, increase market share, and drive business growth. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and hold an MBA with a marketing specialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive business growth. Oversee both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs and objectives.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear direction, alignment with business goals, and motivation to achieve objectives. Mentor and develop team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  
• Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of branding and positioning strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (offline and online).
  
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of campaigns within set parameters.
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and new product launches.
  
• Digital Marketing: Oversee the companys digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.
  
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate results to senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
  
• In-field Marketing: Lead the development and execution of field marketing strategies, including events, trade shows, and on-the-ground promotions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and execution in key markets.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing. Experience in both in-field and in-office marketing roles is essential.
