JD of Account Executive

• Manage accounting operations based on accounting policies and regulation.
• Responsible for day-to-day Accounts operations, all statutory compliance and internal control mechanism.
• Compile accounting data and prepare reports and statements such as Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Maintain the books of accounts such as ledgers, balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Handle petty cash.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Verify and account for bills, invoices, POs, etc.
• Compute taxes, prepare and file tax returns.
• Tally Data entry including payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
• Pass adjustment entries and ensure year-end closure of accounts.
• Manage audit process and Obtain audit certification with minimum deviation from process.
