As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative department, driving the development of innovative and compelling creative solutions, and ensuring that all creative Work aligns with the company s objectives and brand guidelines. You will manage a team of designers, copywriters, artists, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality and Impactful creative projects.
Duties/Responsibilities
Creative Leadership: Provide creative direction and leadership to the creative team, inspiring them to generate outstanding and on-brand concepts, designs, and campaigns.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define and refine the creative vision, strategy, and objectives for the organization or project.
Team Management: Mentor, train, and manage creative professionals, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Project Oversight: Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative materials, including advertising campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital content, are consistent with the organizations brand identity and guidelines.
Creative Briefs: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop creative briefs, and set project goals.
Conceptualization: Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative ideas, concepts, and strategies.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve all creative work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions.
Visualisation Skills: Candidate should be good with visuals- (Storyboard/Presenting Data /PPT Design). The candidate should know how to use Wacom for sketching on PC directly. He/ She should be amazing with manual sketching on paper

Eligibility
Bachelor degree in a related field (e.g., advertising, marketing, design, fine arts) with Min 5+ years of experience.
Proven experience as an Art Director.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong creative writing for copies and scripts.
Proficiency in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging creative technologies.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects Simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Experience with video production, photography, or other multimedia formats.
