Job Description
- Creative Leadership: Provide creative direction and leadership to the creative team, inspiring them to generate outstanding and on-brand concepts, designs, and campaigns.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define and refine the creative vision, strategy, and objectives for the organization or project.
- Team Management: Mentor, train, and manage creative professionals, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative materials, including advertising campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital content, are consistent with the organizations brand identity and guidelines.
- Creative Briefs: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop creative briefs, and set project goals.
- Conceptualization: Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative ideas, concepts, and strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve all creative work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions.
- Visualisation Skills: Candidate should be good with visuals- (Storyboard/Presenting Data /PPT Design). The candidate should know how to use Wacom for sketching on PC directly. He/ She should be amazing with manual sketching on paper

- Bachelor degree in a related field (e.g., advertising, marketing, design, fine arts) with Min 5+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as an Art Director.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong creative writing for copies and scripts.
- Proficiency in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging creative technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects Simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Experience with video production, photography, or other multimedia formats.
