We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our website and online content.

Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research & Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-volume keywords.
• Analyze competitor keyword strategies and identify opportunities.
• Track keyword rankings and identify areas for improvement.
• On-Page Optimization:
• Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text.
• Improve website structure and navigation to enhance user experience and search engine crawlability.
• Optimize website speed and mobile-friendliness.
• Off-Page Optimization:
• Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
• Develop and execute link-building campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles.
• Engage in relevant online communities and forums.
• Build relationships with industry influencers.
• Content Strategy:
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Track and analyze website traffic and conversion rates.
• Generate reports on SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
