About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for events, social media, and digital platforms. You will manage the entire production process, from assembling raw footage to delivering polished videos that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities -

Video Production and Editing:

• Assemble and transfer raw footage to a computer for editing.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects.
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos that align with project requirements and creative direction.
• Enhance videos with sound effects, music, voiceovers, graphics, animations, and special effects.
• Perform tasks such as trimming footage, color correction, audio mixing, and adding transitions to ensure high production quality.
• Ensure smooth transitions, consistent pacing, and rhythm in the final video, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive style.

Pre- and Post-Production:

• Review raw material to determine the shot list and ensure optimal video and audio quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and provide input on the editing process.
• Consult with directors and stakeholders throughout the project to incorporate feedback and revisions while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest editing technologies, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Content Creation and Branding:

• Create engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels, such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
• Incorporate trending video production techniques and storytelling methods to capture audience attention.
• Familiarity with live streaming and drone videography is an advantage.

Equipment Management:

• Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Capture high-quality video footage using industry-standard equipment and techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or similar role.
• Flexibility to travel frequently for campaign events.
• Proficiency video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and visual effects.
• Experience in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
