Job Description

Strong Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and experience of .Net framework 3.5 and above

Strong knowledge of design patterns

Experience of WCF, WF, xslt, LINQ, etc.

Strong Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and experience of .Net framework 3.5 and above

DotNet Framework 3.5 and above, C#, ASP.Net Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC 4 and above

HTML, XML,XSLT, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, JSON, JQUERY

SQL Server 2008 or above, SQL Server reporting services

Ability to lead a team and complete the full life cycle of a project from proposal to sign off.

Excellent verbal , written communication and presentation skills

Strong customer handling skills

Self-starter with ability to take a task to completion independent

Experience in Ecommerce, Retail domain is preferred.

Sharepoint 2010 or 2013 experience will be added plus

open source frameworks will be added advantage

4+ years of experience on Microsoft technologies including .Net and SQL server. Should be completely hands on.

Good Experience in various SDLC phases analysis, design, and software construction

Experience and knowledge of estimation methodologies

MS MCSD certification is preferred.

Independently handle the client projects. Will be responsible for all interactions with client to gather the requirement and lead a team of developers towards successful project completion.

Understand customer needs and prepare optimal IT solutions to satisfy the business requirements

Perform code and design reviews

Mentor development team

Establishes standards and best practices

Proactively recommends process and development methodology improvements

Help in preparing responses to RFPs
