Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our Marketing/Content Creation team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that aligns with our companys vision and brand. You should have a keen eye for detail, be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage to maintain continuity while creating a cohesive story or message
• Review and organize raw footage.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industrys best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Work closely with the content team to understand the requirements and produce the final video.
• Ensure the technical quality of the video and optimize for various platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Graduation in any field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
