Vicco Laboratories was established in the year 1952 by Late Mr. Keshav V Pendharkar.
In 1959 Late Mr. Gajanan Keshav Pendharkar joined his father in their family business. He had successfully
formulated the ï¬rst Ayurvedic paste in the world with 20 rare medicinal natural herbs. He is instrumental
in bringing out the ï¬rst yellow-colored face cream known as Vicco Turmeric Skin Cream, an Ayurvedic
Product.
The science of Ayurveda, which is our naêonâs heritage is being zealously promoted by Mr. G K Pendharkar.
When all Indian companies (big or small) were succumbing to foreign technology, Mr. Pendharkar was
relentlessly promoêng Ayurveda which is being revered abroad.
Aê¢er the demise of Mr. K V Pendharkar in 1971, Mr. G K Pendharkar took over the reins of the Company
into his able hands and there was no looking back.

Ecommerce Specialist
Job Summary
The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and opê¢mizing the companyâs online sales
channels to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience. This role involves overseeing
product lisê¢ngs, online markeê¢ng campaigns, sales analysis, and customer engagement strategies to
ensure the success of e-commerce operaê¢ons. The specialist works closely with markeê¢ng, sales, and
operaê¢ons teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
Key Responsibiliê¢es
1. E-commerce Operaê¢ons Management

Manage the daily operaê¢ons of the companyâs e-commerce plaê¢orms, including website and
marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
Oversee the creaê¢on, opê¢mizaê¢on, and maintenance of product lisê¢ngs, ensuring accuracy and
adherence to brand guidelines.
Ensure seamless order processing, fulï¬llment, and ê¢mely delivery in collaboraê¢on with logisê¢cs
teams.
2. Online Markeê¢ng and Campaign Management

Plan and execute digital markeê¢ng campaigns to drive traï¬c and sales, including paid ads, SEO,
email markeê¢ng, and social media promoê¢ons.

Opê¢mize product visibility and rankings through keyword research and on-page SEO strategies.
Collaborate with the markeê¢ng team to develop promoê¢ons, oï¬ers, and seasonal campaigns.
3. Sales and Performance Analysis

Monitor e-commerce sales performance, conversion rates, and customer metrics to idenê¢fy
trends and opportuniê¢es.

Prepare regular reports on e-commerce KPIs (e.g., sales revenue, traï¬c, customer retenê¢on).
Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements in user experience and
sales strategies.
4. Customer Engagement and Support

Enhance the online customer experience by ensuring intuiê¢ve website navigaê¢on, fast loading
ê¢mes, and mobile responsiveness.
Address customer queries and issues in a ê¢mely manner, ensuring high levels of customer

Implement strategies to encourage customer reviews, feedback, and loyalty.
5. Inventory and Pricing Management

Monitor inventory levels on e-commerce plaê¢orms and coordinate with the supply chain team to
avoid stockouts or overstocking.
