• Maintaining uptime of all software and hardware
• CCTV, EPBAX Maintaince
• Troubleshooting issues related to all hardware and software
• Maintenance of anti - virus and ensuring that the anti - virus patches are regularly updated
• Updating Operating system patches
• Maintaining data back-up of the entire end users of all crucial departments
• Maintaining and pooling of software(s)
• Managing the telecom technology (with vendor assistance)
• Managing and maintaining passive networking
• Managing internet services
• Managing all documents related to IT department (e.g. purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, service reports)
• Maintaining IT checklists on a regular basis
• Asset tagging and tracking
• Maintenance and regular updation of IT asset register and provide the same to the Centre head and functional head.
