1.Conduct Quantity Take-Offs:

• Develop and maintain project budgets.
• Monitor project costs to ensure compliance with the approved budget.

5.Bid Preparation:

• Prepare and submit detailed proposals and bid documents.
• Liaise with contract/Procurement team to obtain competitive quotes.

6. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all estimation activities.
• Prepare regular reports on cost estimates, budget performance, and project status.

7. Communication and Coordination:

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to discuss and resolve estimation-related issues.
• Present estimation reports and findings to senior management and clients.
• Resolve any issues related to cost estimation and quantity surveying.

8. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends, construction techniques, and material costs.
• Implement best practices in cost estimation and project management.
