Manager - IT (Full Stack Developer)

Primary Purpose:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Senior Developer who is passionate about creating high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong understanding of DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and frameworks. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software applications that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop server-side logic using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java, and frameworks like Express.js or Django.
• Design and implement data models, databases, and APIs to support application functionality.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our products and processes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, support, and knowledge sharing.

• Develop robust, scalable software solutions using MongDB, Angular, NodeJS, and SQL databases.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Competencies Required for the role:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of server-side programming languages like Node.js, Python, or Java, and frameworks such as Express.js or Django.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and designing efficient database schemas.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Git, JIRA, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
