Job Description - Career Counsellor
To ensure VIBGYOR Career Counseling Cell (VC3) tasks and events are executed effectively at schools. To coordinate and be the active stakeholder for all VC3 activities in schools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee programmes organised by VC3
• Take responsibility for enrollment, execution, branding and monitoring of VC3 programme at the schools
• Assist in Setting up the VC3 laboratory at schools
• Facilitate and support PLC in Vocational guidance counselling programme implementation. Design a personalized career pathway for students with clear goals & objectives on basis of their interests, skills and abilities
• Assist and support students in end-to-end admission requirements in the domestic and International universities including profile building, LOR, Transcripts and facilitating SOP
• Facilitate VIBGYOR Internship Programme, University visit & summer exchange programmes national & international rolled out by VC3
• Implement VC3 Event Calendar and VIBGYOR Career Day provided by the vertex at schools
• Ideate and execute Campus to Corporate Programme for senior secondary school students Implement college board examination for senior secondary school students
• Active engagement with schools, parents, and students

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in Any Stream
• Diploma in Career Counseling
• Minimum two years of experience in study abroad career counseling and guidance
