Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and emails to potential clients, explaining our projects and understanding their requirements.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's real estate offerings, including property features, pricing, and benefits, to address client queries and objections effectively.
Appointment Scheduling: Convince prospects to visit the project site for a detailed walkthrough and discussion.
Follow-Up: Ensure continuous follow-up with leads, tracking communication and progress, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion efforts.
