Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Services Sales and Account Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct research to identify stakeholders and build a strong relationship to drive customer needs.
  3. Identify the potential clients and understand their goals and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with technical team to position capabilities and services to clients.
  5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, promoting the company s services addressing or foreseeing clients objectives.
  6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and retain existing customers.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  8. Build a strong pipeline of business and provide accurate forecast of achievable business
  9. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. and update CRM portal in a timely manner.
  10. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Qualification:
  1. Bachelor s degree in business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years proven track record in software business sales or related market, ideally with international sales experience.
  3. Proven excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on setting priorities and goals.
  4. Proven track record of successfully software projects and services selling to large enterprises, preferably international and multi-national clients.
  5. Technical skills required to understand and propose services or solutions
  6. Ability to build the business independently.
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  9. Excellent team player with ability to build good rapport with the teams.
