Digital Designer

Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:
a) Responsible for delivering high quality output while keeping in mind the timelines
b) Interpretation of the designing briefs and conceptualizing visuals based on identified
requirements
c) Creation of digital web designs including web pages, email templates, banners, social
media creatives etc. from references and/or master files
d) Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity
e) Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and
sustainability
f) Ensure brand guidelines and QC is being adhered in the creative output- look and feel
uniformity, content readability, apt placement of images/icons etc.
g) Translation of requirements into wireframes and mock-ups
h) Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders

GREAT TO HAVE
4 plus years of experience with Digital First approach
Knowledge of standard digital design tools - Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe XD, Aftereffects will be an added advantage
Knowledge of DCO / Celtra / GWD / InVision will be an added advantage
Enthusiasm and perseverance to deliver the best and push yourself until you and your
stakeholders, internal and external, are happy with the output
