Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit legal content for blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website pages, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Simplify complex legal concepts and jargon into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
• Develop content that aligns with the firms tone, style, and brand voice.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and marketing teams to create informative and authoritative content.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and adhering to best practices.
• Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive legal topics or cases.
• Assist in creating educational materials, FAQs, and guides for clients or prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer with a focus on legal topics, or a background in law with excellent writing skills.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and principles.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with legal and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Law, Legal Studies, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working in a law firm, legal department, or similar setting.
• Familiarity with specific legal areas (e.g., corporate law, intellectual property, family law, criminal law) is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics is advantageous.
