Mobile Lead Engineer - React Native (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer to lead high-performance software engineering teams and drive the development of next-generation technology initiatives. This role involves technical leadership, hands-on coding, system architecture design, and mentoring engineers to ensure high-quality software development and deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performing, scalable, and cost-efficient mobile applications.

- Lead teams in designing, developing, and maintaining robust system architectures and technical solutions.

- Develop and implement technical capabilities for multiple software development teams.

- Guide, mentor, and support software engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

- Conduct technical meetings, scrum ceremonies, and stakeholder interactions to drive effective project execution.

- Migrate legacy systems and deploy complex mobile-based solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, presentations, and solution architectures.

- Ensure system monitoring and performance optimization for business goal alignment.

- Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MTech preferred).

- 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

- 6+ years of coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, GraphQL, and database fundamentals.

- 4+ years of experience in React Native JS frameworks.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing native mobile apps.

- Experience leading scrum ceremonies and ensuring strong project delivery.

- Strong background in system design, cloud technologies, and distributed computing.

- Prior experience in customer implementations and stakeholder management.

- Ability to architect, deploy, troubleshoot, and operate scalable solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive speaking skills.

- Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with customer needs.
