We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide administrative support across various HR functions.
This role involves ensuring data integrity, GDPR compliance, and seamless execution of HR processes such as Payroll, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, triaging issues to the HR team or addressing them directly.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, process improvements, and HR systems across all HR streams.
- Maintain and update HR system data, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Generate reports, manage filing, and issue employee letters and reference requests.
- Support the HR team with key projects and other ad hoc tasks.
- Process background checks and clearances for new hires and current employees/contractors while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct right-to-work checks for new joiners and current employees.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and other HR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining performance and service excellence.

Strong listening skills, with the ability to ask clarifying questions and meet deadlines.
