We are seeking a high-energy Digital Marketing Executive with advanced knowledge.

Work Mode: WFH

KRAs:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics
• Implement technical SEO best practices and ensure website compliance

Email Marketing

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns
• Manage subscriber lists and maintain database quality
• Create engaging email content and optimize for conversions
• Analyze email performance metrics and conduct A/B testing

Content Creation

• Write and edit engaging blog posts optimized for SEO
• Develop content marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Maintain content calendar and ensure timely publication
• Research industry trends and create thought leadership content

Backlink Management

• Create and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority
• Identify and secure quality backlink opportunities
• Monitor backlink profile and conduct regular audits
• Maintain relationships with industry partners for link-building opportunities

Digital Marketing Tools & Analytics

• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Create comprehensive marketing reports and dashboards
• Track and analyze KPIs across multiple marketing channels
• Provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with major digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
