As a Veovo Application Support member, you will be supporting the Airport Operation and Passenger Predictability delivery teams with a wide range of application configuration and support services.
You will support the building and configuration of flight information displays, resource management and revenue management systems, installation specifications and calibrations of airport sensors and UAT support.
Our solutions are built in a range of modern technologies that you will be exposed to within your analysis, configuration and implementation responsibilities.

The Specifics
Operational
Lead and enable detailed design documents based on high level designs
Implementation of Veovo products and solutions
Perform FAT and support UAT
Technical documentation of deployed solutions and user documentation
Working effectively with other Veovo team members located in different countries to support Veovo solutions
Leadership
Be a positive influential force for technical best practice within the team.
Guide other team members.
Mentor other team members.
Financial Management
Accurate and timely recording of timesheets and charging of services time
Customer Services
Assist and support customer success by effectively handling assigned service tickets or requests as raised by airport customers
Compliance
To abide to the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company.

Qualification:
Degree or equivalent level of experience.
Experience: 4 to 6 years
3-6 years experience in a similar role
Strong analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical and business concepts
Ability to collaborate and build strong product delivered solutions
Technical and programming skills in one or more of the following:
Database scripting languages (i.e. MSSQL T-SQL / Oracle PL/SQL)
Unix / Linux, Networking knowledge
Python / shell script knowledge
Ticketing knowledge (JIRA preferred)
ITIL methodologies
Proven ability to learn when exposed to new technologies
Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies
Experience of managing own tasks and maintaining/reporting their status and progress in standard business tools
Capable of using standard desktop software packages
Personal responsibility and the ability to work in a team or autonomously
Experience in the Airport / Airport Technology sector would be useful
