We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage pre-sale and post-sale interactions for Reset.in, our direct-to-consumer healthcare brand. The role involves resolving product and order-related queries, supporting conversions, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across chat, email, phone, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support

• Handle daily customer queries via Freshdesk, Freshchat, phone, and Social channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Proactively share order-related information such as tracking updates to minimize customer follow-up queries.
• Address customer concerns regarding payment methods, COD availability, delivery timelines, and product details.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer query tracking sheet and response templates to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  

Conversion & Retention Support

• Reach out to potential customers who did not complete their orders to understand issues and assist in the purchase process.
• Offer personalized support to increase conversions by resolving pre-sale doubts.
  

Order Follow-up & Logistics Coordination

• Monitor and resolve RTO (Return to Origin) and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) issues by coordinating with customers and logistics partners.
• Share timely updates about order status, re-shipments, and delivery timelines.
  

Customer Experience & Feedback

• Collect feedback related to product experience, taste, and effectiveness.
• Share insights with internal teams to help improve the overall customer journey.
  

Platform & Process Coordination

• Support migration and management of brand assets or documentation across platforms (e.g., from Google Drive to internal tools).
• Collaborate with teams to update monthly reports, customer-related sheets, and shared folders as needed.
  
  

Social Media Moderation

• Moderation and respond to customer comments and messages received via social media channels to maintain brand engagement and trust.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Communication, Marketing, or Business).
• 12 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support roles.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Freshchat, Shiprocket, and spreadsheets.
• Empathetic, customer-first approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to handle high-volume interactions across multiple platforms.
• Understanding of order lifecycle, logistics coordination, and e-commerce operations.
• Prior experience in a D2C, healthcare, or wellness brand is a plus.
