Job Title: IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: [Vijayawada, AP] ONSITE ONLY NO REMOTE OPTIONS
Preferred candidate profile : 1 to 3years (NO SR PROFILES)

Role & responsibilities :

Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced IT Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in handling state clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT consultants on bench, ensuring timely placement and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with state clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates based on client requirements and specifications.
Negotiate contracts and terms of employment with candidates.
Coordinate with account managers and recruiters to facilitate smooth client interactions and placements.
Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and state client regulations affecting staffing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry, with at least 2-5 years of experience.
Demonstrated success in placing IT consultants with state clients.
Strong understanding of state client processes, requirements, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
