Position:SAP Fico Refx Consultant.

Experience:8+ years.

Notice Period:15 days.

Job Location:Dubai onsite.

Employment Type:Contract/Permanent.

Duration:1 year(yearly extendable).

Manage a team of SAP professionals responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP software solutions..

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and develop SAP solution designs..

Lead the implementation of SAP software solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment..

Ensure that all SAP solutions are properly documented, and that knowledge is transferred to appropriate personnel..

Ensure that all SAP solutions are properly maintained and enhanced to meet changing business needs..

Provide guidance and support to SAP professionals on best practices and technical issues..

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for SAP-related services..

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP solution implementations and enhancements..

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.

The area of responsibility is the complete ownership of the SAP Finance and REFX track and related areas.

Should be adaptable to shoulder additional responsibility as per the need of the organization.

Would include master data structures, transactional data, implemented functions and components, user roles and authorizations, and applicable interfaces.

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders in defining suitable application solutions in alignment with the organizational goals and best business practices.

Manage SAP Process Integration Functional area including application interfaces, master data structures, transactional data, implemented functions and components.

Analyze third party application interfaces, and integrate into SAP applications.

Participate in the development lifecycle of all applicable projects in their assigned SAP functional applications, as needed.

Liaise with all stakeholders involved to resolve issues in a timely manner.

To identify, understand, document business need for new applications / solutions.

Conduct research, find potential solutions / systems, review, conduct POC.

Evaluate functionally and technically to check if the proposed solution meet the business needs..

Develop skills & acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position on an ongoing basis.

Develop expertise in other SAP Finance and REFX functional areas.

Keep abreast with the latest updates that may be significant to the area of work.
