Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, driven, and versatile Content Creator with skills in scriptwriting, video production, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand and objectives, effectively resonates with our audience, and supports our clients' content needs. In addition, the candidate should be well-versed in SEO, social media marketing (SMM).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Ideation and Strategy
   
• Develop content ideas based on audience insights, trending topics, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
2. Scriptwriting and Storyboarding
   
• Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for various types of videos, including promotional, educational, and social media content.
• Create storyboards or shot lists to guide video production, ensuring visual coherence and storytelling alignment with the script.

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
   
• Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into written content and video metadata.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search rankings and reach.
2. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
   
• Develop content optimized for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement metrics, and adjust content strategies to increase reach and audience engagement.
• Analyze and report on the performance of content across channels, making data-driven improvements.
3. Client and Project Coordination
   
• Work closely with clients to understand their content objectives and align deliverables with their brand tone and goals.
• Manage project timelines, from ideation through final production and delivery, ensuring quality and deadline adherence.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Scriptwriter, Videographer, or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with different target audiences.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Journalism, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising concepts.
• Experience in graphic design is a plus.
