The Assistant HR Manager supports the HR manager in executing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They assist in recruiting, training, and developing employees, and help maintain positive working relationships within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities : Recruitment and Onboarding : Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed for new hires. Employee Relations : Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture. Conduct employee surveys and exit interviews to gather feedback and make recommendations for improvements. Training and Development : Identify training needs within the organization and assist in the development of training programs. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Monitor and track employee progress and training outcomes. Performance Management : Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations. Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement performance improvement plans. Maintain records of employee performance reviews and feedback. Compliance and Policies : Stay updated with labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Work with the HR manager to investigate and resolve compliance issues. Benefits and Compensation : Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate benefits enrollment processes. Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Generate HR-related reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other HR staff and departments to support overall HR initiatives. Provide support to HR manager in special projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in HR roles or related positions. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
