Identify, evaluate, and onboard new fabrication vendors, ensuring they meet stringent quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key fabrication vendors.
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, including assessments of quality, delivery, and cost.
Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance and address any issues proactively.
