Position: Software Testing Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 10,000/month + Variable (5,000 to 10,000 based on performance, paid upon successful completion of the internship)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only

Eligibility:

• Education: B.Tech. or MCA - 2025 batch pass-outs (only)
• Candidates must be available for the full internship duration.

Based on your performance during the internship, you may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze requirements to perform manual testing.
• Develop and execute test cases for various scenarios.
• Document errors and issues, creating detailed reports for fixes.
• Proactively report bugs and follow up on their resolution.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and verify functionality before product delivery.
• Assist in risk management by analyzing logs to identify recurring issues.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to document requirements.
• Learn and contribute to creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Work closely with the development team to enhance product quality.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to conduct functional, regression, integration, user interface, and system testing.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function independently under pressure.
• Basic understanding of software development products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
