JD: Engineer - Level 2 Network Management Systems (NMS) Responsibilities:

Resolution of FCAPS issues on EPNM, DCNM,NFM-T & MCP NMSs. Working experience in resolving users/Oss issues on EPNM,DCNM,NFMT and MCP. Working Experience of Integration with OSS for PM,FM and Inventory. Troubleshooting experience for FM,PM and Inventory issues towards OSS. Working with OEMs TAC to establish RCA and corrective actions. Knowledge Sharing - Imparting knowledge sharing to enable L1 team Creating knowledge database and case studies Processes development - Review of Standard operating procedures in different NMS Platforms Mandatory Technical Skills : NBI Protocols REST,RESTCONF,SNMP,KAFKA & CORBA Linux Administration OTN Basics of Kubernetes Basics of IP Networking. IPV6 Python & Ansible TCP/UDP Openstack Platform knowledge: Cisco DCNM-FCAPS Nokia NFMT-FCAPS Ciena MCP-FCAPS Cisco EPNM-FCAPS Nokia PSS devices Ciena 6500 devices Cisco NCS and Nexus devices Preffered Qualification Must have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering RHEL (RedHat) Certified
