Job Description
- Age preference 25 to 35 years (Male/ Female)
- Must be a local resident or willing to relocate
- Tendency to work in a team
- Excellent Command on MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Typing and good communication skill (English Tamil)
- Processing payment requests after verifying supporting documents as per policy
- Ensure accurate booking of expenditure according to availability of budget
- Make Forex payments after completing relevant provisions of law
- Make provision of expenditure on monthly basis
- Issue receipts for funds received and account it in the book of accounts
- Liaison with banks to ensure process of timely payment
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Prepare schedule for audit and provide support to auditor
- Update funds-receipt tracker
- Ensure timely closing of the book of accounts
- Ensure compliance with standard accounting and audit requirements
- Support in preparation of annual budget
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for CEO / Board
- Submit monthly funds requirement statement and ensure timely availability of funds
- Ensure deduction of TDS and deposit to bank as per the provisions of Income Tax Act
- Submit information for TDS return preparation
- Issue TDS certificate and calculate TDS on staff salaries
