- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts
- Use tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS to develop design solutions
- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and devices
- Focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives
- Facilitate effective communication within the design team and across departments
- Organize and structure content in a way that is accessible and easy to navigate
- Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency
- Document design standards and best practices
- Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities
- Adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG)
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Continuously seek feedback and improve design processes and outcomes.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Angular, and React knowledge would be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to troubleshoot design issues and find innovative solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in design quality
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Eagerness to learn and stay current with design trends and best practices
